Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Please note:

Personalized or made-to-order items may be locked immediately after checkout and cannot be changed.

During busy periods or holidays, requests to make changes may slightly delay shipping, although we always do our best to process them as quickly as possible.

Replacements & Refunds
We take full responsibility for your order for up to 30 days after delivery if your item:

Arrives damaged or defective

Is incorrect or does not match your order confirmation

Breaks shortly after delivery under normal use

Is lost or not delivered (provided the shipping address entered at checkout was correct)

In most cases, a replacement is the quickest way to resolve the issue and get you back to enjoying your jewelry.
Refunds That Require a Return
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the item must first be returned and received by our supplier before we can process your refund.
Please contact us for the return address. Once we have confirmed receipt of the returned item:

Refunds Not Eligible
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

Change of mind or personal preference

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Shipping delays that are outside our control after the order has been dispatched
We always provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Special Replacement Cases
In certain situations, we're still happy to offer a replacement for a small fee, such as when:
